Are you going to require me to spend a ton of CapEx to get results?

No.

In almost all cases we are able to make significant changes and advancements that positively affect the bottom line without any additional spending. However, CapEx is a multiplier, the right systems over top of the right infrastructure make the best operations. Ultimately, that will be your decision.

For my cultivation, do you require it to all be "your special way"?

No.

We've operated and consulted profitable cultivations (indoor and greenhouse) that utilized many different growing mediums, light technologies, feeding methodologies, fundamental systems, and more.

If you're so great at this, why don't you own your own operations?

We did.

And, we sold them.
